Introducing the Aluminium Electric Oil Filled Radiator by De'Longhi.
This programmable radiator is equipped with an easy to use remote control unit. You can set the heater to come on and off at different times of each and every day and select your preferred temperature setting. This De'Longhi Oil Filled Panel Heater has Curved Element Technology, which allows for better hot airflow diffusion towards the inner room space, which means rooms are heated much quicker than they would compared to a standard panel heater.

PRODUCT FAQ.
Q. What is the warranty on the Fivy?
A. The Fivy Radiator comes with 5 years warranty on the radiator and 2 years warranty on the electrical components. If the Fivy stops working within the warranty period we will replace. We would need the serial number of the faulty Fivy, this can be found on the side panel. If the serial number is removed the warranty will be void.
Q. Which side is the lead on?
A. As you look at the heater it is the bottom right hand side.
Q. Does the Fivy come with a plug?
A. No as it is IP rated for bathrooms, however you can fit a plug if you aren't installing in a bathroom.
Q. How do you wire into a plug?
A. Grey wire is Neutral, Brown wire is Live and the Black wire can be terminated.
Q. How long is the cable?
A. The cable is approximately 0.8 metres long.
Q. What is the range of the Fivy controller?
A. The range of the Fivy remote control is 5 metres.
Q. Can the Fivy Heater be installed in any room?
A. Yes the Fivy is IP rated so it can be installed in any room, including the bathroom.
Q. Why is there no earth wire on the Fivy?
A. The Fivy is 'double insulated' similar to a kettle or washing machine, These products will have no earth circuit and no earth wire in the plug. Class 2 products are commonly known as 'double insulated' look for the double square symbol or insulation class ii.
Q. Does the front panel get hot to touch?
A. Yes the front panel will get very hot. However, the Fivy is equipped with a child safety setting that reduces the surface temperature.
Q. Does the Fivy remote come with batteries?
A. Yes 2 x “AAA“ LR03 1.5 V alkaline batteries
Q. Can the Fivy be switched on without the remote control?
A. Yes there is a on off button ”Standby” button, located at the bottom of the remote control housing on the side of the appliance (see Fig. 9) in the manual. Please note when the heater is turned on from the standby button, the ”Comfort” temperature is set at 19°C and all functions are reset to the default values!
Q. What is the open window function on the Fivy?
A. If the radiator detects an open window - "rapid drop in room temperature" the radiator stops heating until the window is closed!
Q. Its says free delivery does that include Northern Ireland
A. No unfortunatley the couriers charge us extra for non mainland deliveries, so there would be an additional charge to any island off UK mainland, including Northern Ireland. Please call or email for up to dtae delivery costs.
