The Mitsubishi Jet Towel Black 550w heated version of the Mitsubishi Jet Towel hand dryer is the 9th generation model, being in production for an astonishing 20 years. The Jet Towel is the premier blade hand dryer on the market for its all-round outstanding performance; being quiet, energy efficient, and delivering a speedy dry. This is the heated version of the Jet Towel which has a rated power of just 0.55kW to 1.24kW and a manufacturer stated dry time of between 9 - 11 seconds.

The new features of the 9th generation includes a Wave Nozzle 2.0 which reduces the noise of the previous model by 2dB without losing any of its superb hand drying performance.

The Mitsubishi Jet Towel is firmly situated alongside the uppermost energy efficient blade hand dryers in the world. Independent testing has proved that functioning on its low energy setting of 550w, the unit consumes a mere 2.29 watts per dry. The turbo mode has an energy setting of 1.24kW and consumes approx 3.79 watts per dry. This outstanding data is in stark contrast to that of the Dyson Airblade, which has a 1.6kw power rating and consumes 4.44w to 5.2w per dry. The Jet Towel’s co2 emissions are 0.2kg per day (based on 200 uses), the product is Greenspec listed, and is also included on the ECA approved list (UK government scheme).
The 9th generation has increased its hygienic properties by having an anti-bacterial resin on all surfaces not only the hand drying areas. It also has an anti-microbial filter fitted (not HEPA)
High-efficiency brushless DC motor which when tested show a motor life of over seven years of use @ 400 uses per day.
There will be consideration for installation and is moderately complex to install. All hand dryers require a suitable fused spur for installation
We would not recommend this hand dryer in washrooms prone to high levels of vandalism
The 9th generation Jet Towel eco hand dryer has been designed to make it easy to use by small children and wheelchair users; an additional sensor features and the upper front panel has been lowered for improved access and to offer the option of inserting hands from the side of the unit. However, it is important to note that blade style hand dryers are not the most suitable product choice for young children and disabled users, hands under dryers provide a superior flexibility of movement and are therefore significantly easier to use.
Simplified maintenance giving a 0.8L drain tank that keeps the floors dry. water blown from hands is caught and channeled into a convenient drain tak for easy removal. A small widow indicates the amount of water collected so you can see when it requires emptying.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch or within 14 days of delivery. Notification of cancellation must be in writing, you can do this here. You cannot cancel your order via telephone. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000).
If you choose to cancel your order you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us, unless we have delivered the goods to you in error. All items must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We ask that the goods are returned within 14 days of your return request. If you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of collection and you are legally obliged to make them freely available for collection. Returned goods may also incur a re-stocking fee depending on the item.
Once we receive the goods back they will be inspected, if they are in an acceptable condition we will process your refund. Your refund will be done promptly and certainly within 30 days. Your refund will be done according to your method of payment.
